GAR Labs offers a wide variety of packaging options to display & feature your products for the most favorable sales presentation possible. We offer: Tube Sealing Including "Designer" tube sealing in an eye catching "Dome" shape. We currently offer these unique shapes in 2" and 1 1/2" diameter tubes. Cellophane Packaging Decorative cellophane gives perfumes or other delicate products an expensive "wrapped" look. Shrink Wrapping We offer in-house full body decorative shrink wrapping. Clear shrink wrapping gives and elegant finished look to gift boxes as well as acting as a tamper evident seal. Blister Cards GAR can encase any product, large or small, on a display "Blister" card. This type of packaging can help the sale of your product at point of purchase displays and isle racks in drug stores. Labeling Our machines can apply opaque or clear labels on square, oval, or round bottles with ease.   Tube & Bottle Filling The Tube Filling Department has TWO state-of-the-art Kalix Tube fillers, which has the combined ability to fill and seal at 120 tubes per minute. At those speeds it will generate 100,000 tubes per day, (500,000 tubes per week). \ If necessary Kalix currently has available a third tube filling machine, ready for immediate shipment, should GAR Labs require it. This will immediately double GAR's tube filling capacity to 1,250,000 tubes per week. The Bottle Filling Department uses a new: 1. Kalish 12 station Dual-Feed Filling Machine that will be fed into a new, 2. (2) AccuTek Positive Displace (PD) fillers w/(2) AccuTek automatic cappers 3. (3) Belcor Auto-Cartoner and Box Taping Machine. These state-of-the-art assembly lines can accurately fill any liquid or cream, from Alcohol to Paste, at 90 to 120 pieces per minute, which will quickly generate 100,000 to 250,000 pieces per day or (1,000,000 pieces per week).
