GAR Labs has just increased our Manufacturing and Storage capabilities. We now have the following equipment:

3,000 gallon Vacuum Mixing Tank. Steam jacketed, with sweep and dispersion capabilities.
1,500 gallon Mixing Tank. Steam jacketed, with sweep and dispersion capabilities.
750 gallon Mixing Tank. Steam jacketed, with sweep and dispersion capabilities.
500 gallon Mixing Tank. Steam jacketed, with sweep capabilities.
250 gallon Mixing Tank. Steam jacketed, with sweep capabilities.
150 hp Boiler, that has the capacity to heat 3,000 gallons of water to 200°F, (93°C), in 45 minutes.
10 hp Vacuum Pump connected to the 3,000 gallon vacuum tank, that has the power to pull a vacuum inside the 3,000 gallon tank equivalent to ¼ atmosphere, (=40,000 ft altitude). A vacuum of this magnitude is strong enough to pull all the air bubbles out of any gel or paste that is manufactured before being filled.
10-chamber Reverse Osmotic Water purifying system, that currently generates 10 gallons per minute of purified water, which is then accumulated and stored in a 10,000-gallon water holding tank.
TOTAL Bulk Storage Capacity 59,000 gallons

Purified Water
In order to ensure the highest quality and longest shelf life, all products are made with baceria and mineral free purified water. Our reverse osmotic purified water is circulated at 60 gallons per minute, 24 hours a day, in a closed loop that it is forced to pass though:
  1. 8-Ultra-Violet lights that irradiate the water as is passes by and immediately kill any bacteria that may have formed, the water then is forced through,
  2. 8-Sub-Micron (.25) filters that remove any particles or dead bacteria that are present in the freshly irradiated water.
The stored purified water is circulated through the Manufacturing Department, Filling Department, and Sanitation Area before being returned to the 10,000-gallon water holding tank where it repeats the trek through the purification loop again.
